SLPOA Board Minutes

 

SLPOA Board Meeting 6-16-07 after annual meeting.

Glen Shaw called the meeting to order.

Noah Riley made a motion to dispense with ballots and go to a voice vote for the board elections and it was second by Mike Hagen.  The motion carried.

The following positions were elected by unanimous decision.  
President -  Noah Riley
1st Vice President – Jim Ebert 
2nd Vice President – Ruth Kapaun
Treasurer – Gary Grossweiler
Secretary - Barb Eckert

The next meeting will be Wednesday, July 25 at 6:30 pm at Noah Rileys.

A motion to adjourn was made by Mike Hagen with a second by Jim Ebert.
