Tuesday, May 20, 5:35 pm the meeting was brought to order by Noah Riley.

The Agenda was presented and a motion to approve it was made by Duane Salberg with a 2nd by Gary Grossweiler.  The motion was approved.

Secretaries Report:

The minutes from the May 6, 2008 meeting were read by the board and a motion to approve the minutes was made by Gary Grossweiler with a 2nd by Glen Shaw.
Motion Carried.

Treasurers Report:   Gary Grossweiler presented the current treasurers report as well as the current budget status.  

Currently we have 52 paid members in 2008.   Gary is hoping to get 117 more members on or before the annual meeting, to bring us up to last years numbers.

A motion to approve the treasurer’s report was made by Duane Salberg with a 2nd by Jim Ebert.   The motion carried.

OLD BUSINESS: 

1. Annual Picnic – Gary Grossweiler is having the picnic signs updated and they will then be placed on the roads.   The Audit Committee has completed there Audit.   Meal Tickets are ready.  Voting Cards are ready.  The Church has been confirmed in case of rain. 

Speakers – Jim Ebert has contacted Randy Wasvick regarding “Ditch 25” he is not available to speak at this time.
Noah Riley will be contacting Carolyn Heron regarding Water Quality Speech.

The Annual meeting notice will go out this week.

1. Directory – Ads are coming in.   Things are on Schedule.   A discussion was held regarding printing and ads.

COMMITTEE REPORTS: 

Adopt A Highway:  Mary DuCharme – Not Present.   Noah Riley has taken over this committee.  

Rich and Barb Greenland, Brenda Ebanks, Gary Grossweiler, Noah Riley showed up to pick the ditches.  THANK YOU ALL!!

Communication/Directory:  Barb Eckert – See Above.

Finance:  Gary Grossweiler – Nothing new to report.

Fishery: Jim Ebert –  No Report.

Lake Preservation and Protection:  Glen Shaw - No report.

Membership: Duane Salberg – No Report.

Water Quality:  Ruth Kapaun – No Report.

Water Safety:  Duane Salberg – The Buoys are out.   Two (2) new buoys have been ordered and will be here shortly.

Web Site:  Aubrey Ebanks – No Report.

NEW BUSINESS:  None.             
           
 
OTHER BUSINESS:  Jim Ebert has contacted Mike Hagen regarding the fulfillment of his term.   The board will await his answer.
